What this theme does
Ts-Immo Vitrine is a premium showcase theme designed to be delivered turnkey to real-estate agencies. It integrates with the Ts-Immo backend through the Ts-Immo Sync plugin: properties are synced automatically from your CRM, never re-entered. The theme is customised from the Customizer (colors, home-page sections, field mapping) and stays compatible with your usual tools.

Listings & search
On activation, the theme automatically creates a Buy page (sale) and a Rent page (rental). Visitors find their property via natural-language AI search or via classic filters — your choice in the Customizer — and sort results by recency or price.

The property page
Every property has a full page available in three layouts: sober, classic or luxury. The photo gallery opens full screen, the map locates the property, and the characteristics never show an empty field. Regulatory EPC/GHG labels, a loan simulator and a Géorisques notice round out the page.

French legal compliance
The theme formats data that complies with French real-estate regulations. The sale price displays the fees-included amount, the fees in euros and percent, the buyer/seller charge and the price excluding fees. Rentals follow the ALUR law, and diagnostics follow the 8 October 2021 order. The Legal notice page is generated automatically from the information entered in the Customizer.

The theme formats compliant data; the accuracy of amounts and diagnostics remains the agency's responsibility and comes from the CRM via Ts-Sync.
Installation & updates
Installation works like any WordPress theme: upload the archive and activate. On activation, the theme creates the Buy, Rent and Legal notice pages. Updates are managed from the back office, through the Ts-Immo catalogue and the Plugin Manager — no file handling.
