The add-on generates the Legal notices page from the agency details and shows, on each property page, the compliant price and fees, the Géorisques notice, condominium information and rent control — with a dashboard that audits missing fields. 100% server-rendered, no visitor data stored.

Regulatory DPE / GES energy labels
The add-on renders the dual energy label — energy (kWh/m²/an) and climate (kg CO₂/m²/an) — as vector SVG, with A-to-G classes using the official thresholds and colors (French order of 08/10/2021). The class is recomputed from the measured value when known (the value prevails), with the estimated annual energy cost, the « energy sieve » warning for classes F and G, and the « not subject to DPE » case.
